Parameters description:

* **add** – creates new message in a clan bulletin board.
* **show** – shows bulletin board to a linked of specified player.
* **clear** – clears bulletin board for linked/specified player.

## Clan

clan [invite/promote/demote] (player:<player>) (clan:<clan>)
```

Parameters description:

* **invite** – invites a linked/specified player to a clan.
* **promote** – promotes a linked/specified player to leader.
* **clear** – demotes a linked/specified player to member.

## Disband

```markup
disband (clan:<clan>) (announce:{true}/false}) (force:true/{false})
```

Parameters description:

* **announce** – should be announced to clan's buletin board?
* **force** – disbands even permanent clans.
